Made by Doddington Cheese in Northumberland. It is named after Lord Nelson’s right hand man, the Admiral Collingwood is a semi-soft raw milk cheese that is washed in Newcastle Brown Ale. Its buttery, savoury undertones lead to a complex aftertaste.
