Baron Bigod

Made by Jonny Crickmore in Fen Farm, Suffolk from the farm’s herd of Montebeliarde cows.  A brie style cheese, resembles a french brie de meaux and is a full flavoured, soft cheese.  When ripe it is almost runny!
