A good double Gloucester cheese triggers something in me of nostalgia for my childhood. Sneaking chunks of cheese with my Grandma on a chilly evening. The Charles Martell Double Gloucester is firm but still springy when you grab a chunk and it hits you with a lovely mellow creaminess that is like a hug in a chunk of cheese.
