COLSTON BASSETT BLUE STILTON HALF

Made by Billy Kevan in the village of Colston Bassett. They have been producing cheese for over 100 years & is still hand-ladled to this day! The cheese is rich & creamy with a lingering, slightly sweet blue twang.
