CORNISH YARG

Made by Lynher Dairies in Cornwall. The cheese is matured for 8 to 10 weeks & wrapped in nettle leaves. It gets its name from the original cheesemakers surname, spelt backwards (Gray)! The cheese has a smooth, creamy, mild flavour with slight earthiness from the nettles.
