MONTGOMERYS CHEDDAR

Made by Jamie Montgomery on the family farm in North Cadbury, Somerset. This is a cloth bound cheese, is still hand turned and is matured for around 14 months. It has a deep, nutty & real depth of flavour. A true great! Sometimes shows blue veining which is normal!
