OLD WINCHESTER

Made by Mike & Judy Smales at Lyburn Farm in the New Forest. Made in the Gouda style, the cheese is matured for around 18 months. It has a sweet, tangy flavour with a crystally crunch. A great substitute for parmesan as its vegetarian.
