Stinking Bishop

Made by Charles Martell, near Dymock in Gloucestershire. A semi soft, washed rind cheese, it is washed in Perry from the pear variety (Stinking Bishop), hence the name of the cheese. A strong, pungent aroma, but a mild & rich fruity flavour.
