Made by Village Maid Cheeses in Berkshire. The milk used for Waterloo comes from cows grazed on the Duke of Wellingtons Estate, hence the name! The cheese is matured for 4 – 8 weeks, the flavour rich, smooth & buttery. It is heaven on a plate.
