Wild Garlic Yarg

Made by Lynher Dairies in Cornwall. The cheese is made to exactly the same recipe as the traditional nettle wrapped Yarg, but is instead wrapped in wild garlic leaves found in the Lynher Dairies’ woodlands. A creamy cheese with a slightly crumbly texture & a mellow garlic flavour.
